PhD Travel Funds Application

Stipend distribution schedule for travel funds
You can view the campus schedule for when a specific month's stipend entries will be paid out to students here: Receiving Your Stipend. For the remainder of the current fiscal year (through June 30th, 2027), if you want your stipend to be processed for a specific month's payout date, your complete and valid form must be submitted by the dates listed below. All 2026-2027 travel fund requests (for travel occurring 7/1/2026 - 6/30/2027) must be received by mid-June (exact date TBA). All travel occurring 7/1/2027 - 6/30/2028 will be a 2027-2028 travel fund request and will be processed no earlier than July 2027.
Form submission deadlines for each month:
- July stipends (to pay out on 8/1/2026): 7/20/2025
- August stipends (to pay out on 9/1/2026): 8/19/2026
- September stipends (to pay out on 10/1/2026): 9/18/2026
