MFA Graduate Coordinator

The graduate coordinator is Tania Mayer. Tania advises applicants and students about application and admission, graduation requirements, funding, petitions, and other administrative matters. (Note: The program director and faculty advise students about course selection, research projects, and other academic matters. The PhD graduate coordinator advises doctoral students.)

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. The office is closed on weekends, university holidays, and when the coordinator goes to lunch or meetings. Please make an appointment before visiting.

Faculty Advising

The MFA faculty members are available for academic advising during their office hours. They are also available by appointment---email the professor to request a meeting. MFA faculty are not on campus during the summer hiatus (mid-June to mid-September).
