If you are planning to apply for (or have been offered) an external fellowship that does not include the cost of tuition & fees, please complete the following form to request tuition & fee coverage from the department. Department funds are limited, so it is never guaranteed that we will be able to provide this type of support. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
