Schedule Preferences Request Form - for Winter 2012
Guidelines
1. All Ladder Rank Faculty must teach a MWF schedule at least once an academic year
2. No guarantees on requests within prime time (primetime = Each Day 10:00a.m.-2:00p.m. each day and Tuesday/Thursday 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m.)
3. Please note any special scheduling and/or room requests that you would like to be considered (i.e. AV requirements, moveable chairs, etc.) in the comment box.
4, Ladder Rank Faculty may not teach Wednesday 12:00-1:00 due to schedule department meetings.
5. Graduate Courses: Monday 1:0-3:00 is reserved for LTTH 200-A-B-C and LTTH 201.
