February 14- Carlos and Iris Blanco Memorial: A Celebration of Life in Honor of Carlos Blanco and Iris Blanco Arevalo.  Professor Carlos Blanco was a founding member of the Literature Dept, Advisor to the student org M.E.Ch.A (formerly M.A.Y.A), and collaborator of the proposal of Lumumba-Zapata College (now TMC) to name a few of his contributions.
