Barracuda Spam Appliance, Questions?

Q: I know someone has sent me a message and I think it's in my Barracuda Quarantine inbox but I don't want to wait until the next Spam Quarantine Summary email. How can I see my Quarantine Inbox now?

A: The link you receive each day is good for 24 hours. If you don't have your latest Spam Quarantine Summary email you can go to to http://lit-barracuda.ucsd.edu:8050

In the username type your Active Directory username (the part before @ucsd.edu in your email address). You do not need to put anything in the password box. Click the "Create New Password" button. You will receive a message from the Barracuda Spam Filter with a new Username and Password as well as a new link. Click on the link and you will be logged into the Barracuda Spam Filter.
